27-Point Mower Service Performed 

Two services must be completed in the following two windows of time July 1st – August 30th and October 1st – February 14th each year.

  • Complete diagnostics
  • Test ignition system
  • Check battery*
  • Clean battery terminals
  • Change engine oil
  • Replace oil filter (if applicable)
  • Replace spark plug(s) as necessary
  • Replace fuel filter
  • Clean or replace air filter
  • Check gas cap vent & gasket
  • Check fuel system, flush if necessary
  • Sharpen & balance blades*
  • Check & adjust all belts*
  • Check & adjust tensioner pulleys
  • Check & adjust tire pressure
  • Check deck for level, adjust if necessary
  • Check/adjust/lubricate cables
  • Lubricate all pivot points
  • Grease fittings
  • Check & adjust brakes
  • Check & adjust tracking
  • Check & adjust engine RPMs
  • Inspect & test all safety features
  • Clean cooling system
  • Clean underside of deck

To maintain your VIP status and benefits you must be current on your monthly payment.  You must bring your mower in for Bi-Annual services during the required time frame.  The two services must be completed in the following two windows of time July 1st – August 30th and October 1st – February 14th each year.  If you miss these windows of time, your service is forfeited. Vanguard OGS engine oil changes will only have their oil and filter changed once per year.  An OGS oil change can still be performed on the alternate service for a fee of $60 paid at the time of the service, if the customer so chooses.  Zero down time guarantee is defined as follows: if your mower is brought to us for repair and we are not able to get it repaired and back to you within 48 hours, we will make a loaner unit available for you to use until the repairs are completed.  Loaners used beyond the time of the completion of the repairs will incur a rental fee. To qualify for the July/August service in year 1, if a customer joins the program in the month of April, a “catch up” fee of $49.99 will be due upfront.  If the customer joins the program in May a “catch up” fee of $99.98 will be due upfront.  If the customer joins the program in the month of June, the first service will take place in the Oct-Feb window of time.
