At the end of the mowing season we’ll send you a text message asking you to select a time for your mower to be picked up. Then we’ll come and get your mower and bring it in to our service center to have the 27-point annual maintenance performed. Once it’s done, we’ll text you again to set up the return delivery. It’s hassle-free!

You can repeat up to 7 times and keep the enhanced coverage for the full 7 years!

FAQ

It’s coverage of parts and labor costs for repairs due to manufacturer defect.  If your mower has a mid-season breakdown, even the transportation is included for free!    

This program does not cover repairs or transportation fees due to misuse, abuse, or wear items, including but not limited to: blades, belts, batteries, tires, bad gas or user error.

This is a voluntary program – participation has no impact on manufacturer warranties.

The mower must be located within 17 miles from the intersection of Hwy A and I-55 (Festus, MO) and be accessible from the customer’s driveway to qualify for transportation at no charge. 

For residents located more than 17 miles from the intersection of Hwy A and I-55, transportation services are STILL available, with prorated mileage charges added (after the first 17 miles).   

If ever your mower would need mid-season work, rest assured that Caldwell will provide you with a loaner mower until your mower has been serviced.

The 7YEPP applies to zero turns, walk behinds (34” and larger), and stand-on mowers in residential, non-commercial applications only.  For commercial cutters, check out our Caldwell Advantage Commercial Program.

This program is specifically designed with our Residential customers in mind. If more than 60 hours are logged on any machine in any given year, the benefits of this program are terminated.     Have a large lawn and need more than 60 hours? New for 2022, call us and ask for details on our Gap program that allows for up to 120 hours annually in this program. Transmission services can be included at the time of an annual maintenance and covered under the enhanced coverage for $7.99 per month. If you choose to subscribe, the first transmission service is performed in year 2. Subsequent services will be performed when your mower hits the manufacturer’s recommended hour intervals between services on any one of your annual maintenance sessions. 

If you choose not to subscribe to transmission services, you can remain in the Caldwell Advantage program in its entirety, but your transmissions will be excluded from the enhanced coverage. 

If the Caldwell Advantage annual maintenance service has not been completed during the required date range in any given year, the Caldwell Advantage Program will be terminated.  There are no provisions for reinstating the program once it has been terminated. 

Program services must be completed annually during the required date range (between October 1st and February 14th).  

In some rare instances, customers will be set up on a summer maintenance schedule. This will be determined at the time of your initial mower purchase. If on the summer maintenance schedule, your program service must be completed annually during the required date range (between July 1st and August 30th). 

We want you to be finished with your mower before we bring it in for service. Typically we’ll have your mower around 3 weeks.

No, there is no need to call us.  Everything (including scheduling) is done through convenient, automated texts.  Our pick-up/delivery is contact-free!
