A new mower is a major investment, and with proper annual maintenance, it can deliver years of dependable performance. That’s why we created the Caldwell Advantage Service Plans, available exclusively at Caldwell Equipment.
We offer two options: Caldwell Advantage Core and Caldwell Advantage Complete.
Caldwell Advantage Core includes free pickup and delivery plus a comprehensive 27-point annual service performed by factory-trained technicians. Your mower is inspected top to bottom — including oil and filter changes, blades sharpened and balanced, belts inspected and adjusted, fuel filter replacement, and much more. It’s a level of service that’s more thorough than most competitors, at a price that can save you hundreds.
Caldwell Advantage Complete includes everything in Core, plus three major upgrades for maximum protection and convenience:
- Enhanced Protection — Coverage for parts and labor on repairs due to manufacturer defects, maintained while you’re enrolled in the program, for up to 7 years
- Courtesy Unit Availability — If your mower is down for a covered repair, a loaner mower is provided so you can keep mowing without interruption
- Transportation Coverage for Repairs — For covered repairs, we handle pickup and delivery at no charge, including transportation to and from our service department

At the end of the mowing season we’ll send you a text message asking you to select a time for your mower to be picked up. Then we’ll come and get your mower and bring it in to our service center to have the 27-point annual maintenance performed. Once it’s done, we’ll text you again to set up the return delivery. It’s hassle-free!
You can repeat up to 7 times and keep the enhanced coverage for the full 7 years!

In the Core plan, free pickup and delivery are available only for the annual maintenance service, when your mower is within 40 miles of the intersection of Hwy A and I-55 (Festus, MO) and accessible from your driveway at no charge.
Yes — Caldwell can still pick up and deliver your mower. A prorated mileage fee of $0.75 per mile, per month applies beyond the first 40 miles.
Yes — it also applies to riding lawn tractors, walk-behinds (34″ and larger), and stand-on mowers in residential, non-commercial applications.
Yes — if more than 125 hours are logged on any machine in a given year, the mower is no longer eligible for the Core residential program and may be transitioned to alternative service options.
No — transmission services are not included in the Core plan.
Yes — most customers are scheduled for service between October 1 and February 14. Summer schedules may be between July 1 and August 30.
Typically about 3 weeks.
No — scheduling is handled through automated text messages, and pickup and delivery are contact-free.
No — enrollment must occur at the time of mower purchase.
Yes – you can cancel at any time by submitting a cancellation request form online.
• If you cancel before the first annual service is completed, monthly payments stop immediately.
• If you cancel after annual service has been performed, payments will continue until a total of 12 monthly payments have been made.
The residential program is for residential use only. Commercial customers should inquire about the Caldwell Advantage Commercial VIP Program.

Transmission services can be included and covered under enhanced coverage if the additional $7.99/month transmission service is chosen at the time of enrollment. The first transmission service is performed in year 2; future services are based on manufacturer recommended intervals.
Yes — if the required annual maintenance service is not completed within the service window through Caldwell’s service department, your enrollment will be downgraded to the Caldwell Advantage Core plan, which does not include any enhanced coverage. There is no provision for reinstatement into the Complete plan once an annual maintenance has been missed.
