Transportation is included at no charge on annual maintenance packages and is included at no charge when covered repairs on mowers are necessary.  The mower must be located within 17 miles from the intersection of Hwy A and I-55 (Festus, MO) and be accessible from the customer’s driveway to qualify for transportation at no charge. For residents located more than 17 miles from the intersection of Hwy A and I-55, transportation services are STILL available, with prorated mileage charges added (after the first 17 miles).  Caldwell reserves the right to perform service in an on-site mobile service vehicle or via pick-up and delivery service.  Transportation is not covered when repairs are necessary due to misuse or abuse or wear items, including but not limited to, blades, belts, batteries, tires or bad gas.  

Our 7YEPP is valid for seven years from the date of purchase as long as Caldwell performs annual maintenance each year between October 1st and February 14th. If maintenance service has not been completed by February 14th, the Caldwell Advantage Program will be terminated. There are no provisions for reinstating the program once it has been terminated.

Provided that annual maintenance service is completed within the required time frame, the benefits of the Caldwell Enhanced Protection Program will automatically terminate seven years from the original date of equipment purchase.

The 7YEPP applies to zero turns, walk behinds (36” and larger), and stand-on mowers in residential, non-commercial applications only. If more than 75 hours are logged on any machine in any given year, the benefits of this program are terminated.
